By placing an order with Aliyah Makes (aliyahmakes.com), you agree to these terms.

Products

All items are designed and made to order by hand. Colors may vary slightly from screen to print, and small variations are part of the handmade process, not defects. Product photos are for reference; actual items may differ slightly.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel, you receive a full refund. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

See our Shipping policy and our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, product photography, and site content are the property of Aliyah Makes. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs or images without written permission. Purchase of a product does not transfer any rights to the artwork.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized items are produced to your specifications and approved proof. You are responsible for checking spelling and details before approval; errors in approved proofs are not eligible for free replacement.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
